At ChristianPhoneCases.co.uk, each product is made especially for you. We work with a print-on-demand partner, which means every item is created only after an order is placed. Because of this, we ask that you read the policy below carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Changing your mind
Since all products are custom-made, these items cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we’re here to help.
You may be eligible for a free reprint or a refund if:
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You provide a clear photo showing the issue
There is no need to return the damaged product.
To report an issue, please contact our team and include clear photographic evidence. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation.
Incorrect Orders
Refunds or reprints will not be provided if the wrong size or colour was ordered by the customer. Please double-check all product details before completing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (such as an incorrect address), you may choose between:
- A reprint (additional charges may apply), or
- A partial refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Print Placement Disclaimer
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered normal. Minor variations in placement do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
